CHILE ON YOUR PALATE

Chile is a country that has always been greatly shaped by its geography, not only in the physical sense but also in a cultural and architectural sense.

For a start, it is 4.200 kilometers long – it has always been 2 pages in an Atlas because it simply does not fit. If placed on the European map, it would stretch from Lisbon, Portugal beyond Moscow in Russia.

Its average width, however, is only 175 kilometers- with the Andes Mountains to the east and the magnificent Pacific Ocean to the west. It is therefore- in essence - a vertical country.
This translates into one of the most diverse landscapes in the world. From the driest desert in the world in the north, to beaches, lakes districts and native forest in between and all the way to the world’s oldest glaciers in the Patagonian south.

This is what has put Chile on the world stage and many want to come and discover it.

The textures, materials and forms of its diverse geography and culture will be our inspiration to be re-interpreted in the design of the meeting spaces.
