VEGETABLE PATCH WITH PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS

The INSUMO concept was born from taking advantage of the rooftop of the AC by Marriott Miraflores Lima hotel.

When we received the project from the client, this space was intended for a swimming pool, which did not generate any income for the hotel.

We decided to take advantage of the spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and put together an open kitchen concept taking advantage of the outdoors of the restaurant.

Maximizing this concept, the kitchen revolves around fires and wood, with several ovens that cook a varied menu that highlights the best of Peruvian cuisine.

To complement this, we designed a garden behind the kitchen where the chef can take the ingredients directly, fresh, from the garden to the plate...where raw materials (INSUMO) are key.

The kitchen was designed with a ceiling and a backlit bar that functions as a lamp, the table layout was made around an Olive Tree with a mix of bistro tables and Lounge seats with tables.
