Embracing the pride of San Isidro, El Olivar Forest, this concept takes its roots from this almost sacred culinary element in the Mediterranean, the olive, to present a Mediterranean Gastro Bar that extends its culinary reach from Spain along the coast to Greece and a little beyond.

Combining a fine dining experience with a casual bar atmosphere, the concept is suitable for daytime walk-ins, business happy hours, and couple and group dining.

The design is based on iconic moments such as:
• Bar-centric concept with modern, well-curated mixology
• Exclusive portions and main dishes to share at theatrical presentations
• Exhibition of sausages and cheeses
• Mediterranean rice and cereal counter.
• Urban Mediterranean cuisine using organic or locally sourced products when possible
