This house is located on the hills of Marbella in an exclusive condominium.

In this particular case, the owner purchased an old house, demolished it and built a new residence in an established exclusive condominium in Marbella . Our work included designing a house that included an extensive program. The requirements were to generate a house with 4 levels, 4 en-suite bedrooms, a large kitchen with family room, rooftop with a barbecue area and pool and an outdoor pool. The understory includes a cinema room, a gym and a games room.

It was designed in sand stucco on its façade with a thermopanel window system and some curtain wall elements. This residence has a centralized control and air conditioning system throughout.

All bedrooms have balconies or terraces and take advantage of the views offered by the plot and the orientation of the house's location.
