This exclusive residential tower is located in Santiago, Chile.

RMA was hired to design the public spaces of the building, which are divided into 4 floors.

The first floor includes the main foyer, lounge areas, meeting rooms, multi purpose rooms and elevator hall. The understory included the main gym, multipurpose rooms and elevator hall. We were also asked to design the rooftop bar, which included a pool deck. On the 17th floor RMA designed an events space that complements the rooftop.

The views to the city on the top floors are absolutely breathtaking and we made sure that the design revolved around them.
